Plastic surgery is fast becoming acceptable to the society, even by those with conservative standards. While it has long been used for medical purposes only, nowadays, people have turned to the surgical knife to improve their appearance.
Although this medical practice has been around for a while, not many people know that plastic surgery dates back to two millenia ago, in India. It has just caught fire in the 19th and 20th century because surgeries before were definitely not a safe procedure.
