In some cases the tests won’t show any abnormalities, or signs that anything is wrong. This is when a doctor will diagnose a couple with unexplained infertility.
Unexplained infertility is more emotionally stressing and painful than it would be if the cause of the infertility is known. This is because when you know the cause of the problem; you know how to start fixing it. When you don’t know what is wrong, the options seem few and far between.
