What gives you faith in a product that you are purchasing? Is it about the presentation for you, or perhaps you prefer to have a recommendation so that you are assured of the quality by someone else? For me, a product has to be accessible and it has to do or provide the service that I require of it. I remember when my dad was boasting about a satellite navigation system which he had purchased on eBay for a very cheap price. He told me to get myself one, however when I looked up the product code he had given me, instead of being a satellite navigation system, it was in fact an eBook, with details of police auctions where you might potentially be able to buy a satellite navigation system.
Obviously, he had only scanned the product, and hadnt taken in all of the relevant information (i.e. it wasnt actually a satellite navigation system.) From the picture, it looked like what he was looking for, and from the description he skipped through, it sounded like what he was looking for, it also met his requirements in price- however, it wasnt what he needed or wanted.
