The majority of those starting out small will do so using their own savings; this is the best way to go. If you are starting out small with just a few clients and are just cleaning yourself then all you will need is the actual cleaning equipment such as dusters, brush and pans e.t.c and cleaning products such as bleach, polish, bathroom and kitchen cleaner e.t.c.
You will of course have to site down and work out the costs of these and such things as advertising costs and petrol before you work out what you are going to charge for your services.
