Most personal trainers do not have much independence in their lives since their personal time is dictated by their business schedule. The more clients they gain in order to make a reasonable income, the less time they have available to enjoy their family, friends and personal lives. The reason for this is that most personal trainers still follow the old ways of doing business and trade their time for money. And, as we all know, time is a finite commodity.
