This author has a dear friend who says that tithing is the worst thing a Christian can do if he really wants to prosper. Of course, he did not mean this in a negative way.
He just means he has learned that tithing alone will not generate real wealth for us Christians. Tithing is only part one of Gods wealth generation process.
He learned by personal experience, that giving beyond the tithe is the answer to really unlocking the doors to heavens vault. Of course, we start with the tithe. But when we go beyond it into the realm of “first fruit giving” and into the bracket of every good work giving, things will open up for us faster and bigger than we can even imagine.

Prov 3:9-10
