I have researched these business opportunities and I can honestly say that there are some good ones amongst the majority which never make people any money. Well run MLM business opportunities are not a scam, however, you must do due diligence as is the case with any business you may get involved with.
So how can you tell the difference between a poor MLM opportunity and a good one?
Here are some pointers:
What is the pedigree of the company behind the business?
Check the accounts of the companies – are they financially stable?
How long have they been trading?
What is the google rating of their home page?
Are real products being sold to real people?
Product pricing – make sure that the product is priced competitively.
Look for ones that offer a residual income stream.
Evaluate how the MLM company markets their system and money making potential. If they are making outrageous statements or saying that it is possible to make a lot of money without serious effort then avoid it at all costs!
