It is normal among pregnant women to experience morning sickness at some point in their pregnancy. Morning sickness is basically one of the most common symptoms of being pregnant. This is generally characterized by a feeling of nausea that is oftentimes associated with vomiting.
While many assumes that morning sickness only strikes every morning, it can actually occur anytime of the day. Most expectant mothers find it hard to deal with morning sickness, especially when a lot needs to be done or attend to in a day. The duration of this condition is not, however, the same with all pregnant women, for every pregnancy is different. In fact, there are some expectant women who are lucky enough not to experience morning sickness at all during their pregnancy.
Morning sickness may strike due to a number of causes:
1. Levels of HCG and estrogen are increasing.
2. Progesterone level is increasing, thus, resulting to stomach acid.
3. Level of blood sugar is low.
4. Level of sensitivity to certain tastes and odors is increasing
