The issue of RFID tracking is one that many people arent too fond of. Most of us look at the benefits that it offers us. However, others view it as an invasion of their privacy. They worry that the RFID tracking will be in place to track their every movement. These types of devices arent set up that way though.

Instead they are set up to make things move faster such as to check out at the grocery store or to get money of your bank card at an ATM instead of having to go to the bank.

This type of tracking uses a very small device that is inserted into or onto the device. That was the necessary information can be transmitted.

Those that worry about these systems tracking them need to realize there is limited information on them. For example the reader on a card to ride the subway is only going to read that you have enough money on it to do so. It likely wont even have your name or other personal information associated with it.

On the other hand, if you drive a vehicle with hazardous materials carried on it, the RFID tracking is going to record every move. It is going to take where you drive in any given day. This is to keep an eye on those materials...
