Is it possible to have too much SEO on your website? The answer is no. In fact the majority of websites are sadly lacking in true search engine indexable content. To be truly optimized experts say that your site should contain at least 200 words of keyword dense text. That is the minimum that you need on there to attract the attention of the search engine spiders that determine what content is indexable by the amount of text used on the page.
