First its important to take a full body inventory to establish all the parts of your body you love, and those you’re not so crazy about. After this is accomplished, what happens next?
In this article we’ll take a look at the importance of putting all of the body together as one unit; the importance of establishing a total positive body reverence and awareness. All the while however, it is important to remember the ultimate goal: full body acceptance.
