Listening to someone snore can be funny at times, but if they do it all the time it can start to interrupt your sleep. Many individuals that sleep alone have no idea that they snore so much. The process of snoring is due to the air not flowing through the mouth and the nose like it should at the back of the throat. This results in the soft palate and the uvula touching each other. As they vibrate it results in a snoring sound. The stronger the vibration the deeper the sound will be. The louder the sound the more seriously the airways are being obstructed.
Snoring can be something that is the result of a person being physically and mentally exhausted.
