Parkinsons disease is a chronic, neurodegenerative disorder that is progressive. It is also called as Shaking Palsy or Paralysis Agitans. Primary signs and symptoms of the disease would include rigidity, tremors, poor balance, bradykinesia or slow movement, and difficulty in gaiting.
