Let me tell you a story. This story is not so much about the internet, it is about a person. This journey begins about 13 years ago when the internet was in its infancy, for the most part.
Let me take you back! Its the mid 1990s. Everywhere you look, people are down on their luck, looking for a better way and taking a chance. They make it big and the next thing you know, theyre selling you their IDEA and telling you how easy it is, and if they can do it, so can you. All you have to do is pay the $10.00 and theyll show you how. The problem is, if its so easy, why isnt everyone doing it, and if theyre making so much money, why do they need my 10 bucks? This cant work, its got to be a scam!. So, I buy into it, hey, for 10 bucks, maybe Ill catch a break. So, a couple of weeks go by and I get the package in the mail. I take a quick look at it and put it down on the bookcase as Im leaving the house for work. I havent seen it since. I dont know why, I guess it just wasnt that important to me. You laugh, huh?, I did this kind of thing all the time!
