Ever hear this one before; Im starting a new business. I have this great idea no one has ever thought of. When you talk to the individual a few weeks or months later and ask hows the business going, 99.9999% of the time they will respond, Oh it didnt work out, or I ran out of money, or nobody wanted a mink covered pot holders. They will probably have loads of excuses, but 9 times out 10 it comes down to they did not have a repeatable system to run their business.
Look at the most successful business in the world, and you will find they have a system that they use day in and day out to run their business. If a problem arises or things arent working as well as expected, they tweak the system to improve it. They dont start from scratch. Once you have the system in place, then you can train anyone to run the system, and you can grow the business or go off and start another business.
We should all learn a lesson from the fast food chains McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, they are the ultimate developers of success systems. If you have money and want more of it, go buy a McDonalds franchise, you are guaranteed success, if you follow their system.
